How can I get quick access to an article that is not in my Saved list?

Because only 25 articles can be saved using the Save feature in My Alerts, if there is an article of interest you would like to retrieve that is not in your saved listing, please use the Search tool that can be found on the toolbar.

When I click on the Read the Abstract... link, PubMed doesn't open.

Solution 1

1. on the toolbar in Internet Explorer go to Tools / Internet Options and select the Privacy tab and then select Settings under the Popup Blocker area at the bottom of the screen
2. in the Address of website allowed field, add https://plus.mcmaster.ca and then click the Add button. The PAIN+ CPN website should now appear under the Allowed sites section.

Solution 2

1. follow the instructions for (1) in Solution 1 above then go to Notification and Filter Level and change the Filter Level from High to Medium.

Using either of the options above should allow PubMed to open in PAIN+ CPN. If you still are unable to access PubMed, please contact us at painplus@mcmasterhkr.com.
